Privacy Policy

This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking technologies. The data I receive is only what you actively send me: for example when you write an email, fill in the contact form or request a quote.

Data controller

The data controller is Alveare Studio. For any question regarding the processing of personal data you can write to info@alvearestudio.com.

What data I collect

Only what you provide me directly: name, email address, any project details you want to share. I do not collect navigation data, I do not profile, I do not resell information to anyone.

How I use the data

Exclusively to reply to you, send quotes, and manage the working relationship if we decide to collaborate. Nothing more.

Language and geolocation

To choose the most likely language on first access I use the country detected from your IP (technical header provided by the hosting provider). This data is never stored or sent to third parties: it only serves for the initial redirect to the appropriate language version, and you can always change it by clicking a flag.

Cookies

The site uses a single technical cookie necessary for functioning, called "NEXT_LOCALE", which stores the chosen language to remember it on subsequent visits. It does not track the user, is not shared with third parties and, under article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, does not require prior consent.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to view, modify or delete your data. Just an email.

Hosting and email

The site is hosted on Vercel (servers in the European Union or United States, always in compliance with GDPR). Professional emails are managed via Zoho Mail (servers in the European Union). For sending the contact form I use Resend (transactional email provider, servers in the European Union). The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-bot system that does not use tracking or user profiling.
